The course aims to help educators to develop strategies to deal with identities in a fairer and more coherent way. It teaches practical intercultural skills and intercultural competence; it includes modules about how to talk about and address intercultural opportunities and challenges, how to develop strategies to respond to diverse and hybrid identities in a fairer way, and how to promote social justice in education and respect for different languages, preventing conflicts and enhancing societal cohesion.
