The improvement of the competences of professionals working with individuals having a multicultural background is therefore intended to contribute to a cohesive society. The MMEHR course offers students and managers to acquire a specific top-quality expertise on the multicultural and multimensional aspects of the present labour market. The MMEHR course will also support the empowerment of the learners’ European citizenship, provinding tools to better understand and interpret the current multicultural and multidimensional world.
